2 traffickers with chimp baby arrested

Successful operation in Guinea! A baby chimp rescued and two traffickers arrested. Charlotte Houpline and Mamadou Saidou worked hard to track an ape trafficking network that sold chimps to Chinese citizens in the past. Serge, the head of investigations of LAGA travelled from Cameroon to assist in the operation. The action of GALF and Interpol was filmed by a TF1 film crew.
The GALF team continues to fight and ensure the traffickers will stay behind bars where they belong.
The baby chimp will get a life time care from the Centre de Conservation pour Chimpanzes will be welcomed by Christelle Colin.
