Abdoul Salam Sidibé, a major ape trafficker, has been arrested in a continued crackdown on the famous crime family. He is the son of Abdouramane Sidibé arrested 3 weeks ago. Charlotte, Saidou and the rest of the GALF team were fighting hard to reach this day.
Abdoul Salam is a key element of the Sidibé network, one of the most important networks in international live animals trafficking on the African continent. The Sidibé network has been active in international traffic for 30 years, accumulating enormous illicit revenue, unprecedented number of apes and other protected animals have been exported worldwide by them in violation of national laws and the CITES Convention.
