Ivory trafficker arrested

A TALFF project of ANCE, led by Fabrice Ebeh, and working with the Togolese authorities and the OCTRIDB, arrested a trafficker with 28 ivory bracelets. He was caught on the Ghanaian border following investigation on a connection with a Guinea national. TALFF is now working on his prosecution.
